With the owner's authorization, we can record the thermostat setting and the displayed indoor temperature. We do not inspect, diagnose, test, or repair HVAC equipment.

From safely accessible areas at ground level, we can photograph visible storm debris, fallen branches, damaged screens, leaning fence sections, or other apparent exterior changes. This is a visual check-in, not a roof, structural, or professional home inspection.

Our service provides scheduled, owner-authorized interior and exterior visual check-ins. After each visit, you receive timestamped photos and a concise update describing the accessible areas checked and any visible concerns observed.

Owner-Approved Maintenance

If we observe a concern, we notify you promptly. We never begin repairs or maintenance without your authorization and an agreed scope. If the issue requires a licensed professional, we will recommend contacting the appropriate specialist.

Local Support for Additional Work

Romano Home Services can separately quote permitted work such as yard cleanup, pressure washing, painting, minor handyman repairs, junk removal, and arrival preparation, depending on the property, scope, and availability.
